Hello,

A nice and clean apartment located at 978 NW Cleveland Ave will be
available from Spet. 9th. The apartment has a large living room and
two large bedrooms and is equipped with a oven, a relatively new
fridge and a dishwasher. Rent is 615/month (water included) plus
utilities (about 50/month).

5 minutes walk to TJMaxx, New China buffet and other stores as well as
a bus stop (which goes to campus) on the 9th Street. 12 minutes to
campus by bike. Nice and quiet location.

A tidy and easy-going male roommate is wanted. Please let me know if
