The rent is currently 625 and the lease goes through July 2013. You can renew if you want. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with brand new carpeting and a garden. There are many facilities at this complex: laundry room, pool, wifi, hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, workout room, tanning bed, and it's a 1 minute walk to bus line 1.
