Hi guys
There is a bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment available from this February.  All furnitured.  I am looking for somebody to take it. The address is 145NW 16th ST Apt 206 (Corvallis Plaza). It is about 3 minutes walking to OSU. The rent is $362.5 per person per month. The current roommate is a OSU Chinese male student. Moreover, the lease is month to month.
