Hi All,

Thai Night will be held on *May 18, 09 (next Monday)* from 5pm. to 9pm. at
MU Ballroom.

We are looking for volunteers to help us make this event successful. We need
around 22 volunteers for cleaning and serving.

All volunteers will get *a free ticket* and can enjoy watching our
performances and eating Thai food. We will treat you as our guests. However,
some of you might miss some of our performances during work time.

Below is the information about what times and roles the volunteers would
have:

Kitchen Cleaning #1: May 18 (Monday) from 2pm to 5pm (meet at MU East
Kitchen at 2pm.)

Kitchen Cleaning #2: May 18 (Monday) from 8pm till done (meet at MU East
Kitchen at 8pm.)

Serving (needs 12 people): May 18 (Monday) from 5.45pm to 7.00pm (meet at MU
Ballroom at 5.15pm.)

*Note:* For those of you who already confirmed to be our volunteers, we have
a minor change about the time. Therefore, please reply me back again. Thank
you very much.

*Please reply me back about what times and roles (including your name and
e-mail) by this Friday at noon (first-come, first-served).*
