FYI,
The apartment is located at the cross of 16th st and polk ave.



This is the info on our apartment:

On the second floor, attached to our house.  Separate outside entrance.
1 Large Bedroom
Full Bathroom (tub w/shower)
Living room and small dining area
Full Kitchen.  Lots of windows in the living room and dining room
Non-smokers only
Great location for graduate students;  quiet, 5 blocks from campus

Our apartment includes all utilities, including wireless internet and cable.
We are renting for $795 for one person with an additional utility surcharge
for a second person. There is a $20/person credit check fee, a
NON-refundable $225 cleaning fee, and a REFUNDABLE $200 damage deposit.

Cats are okay with a separate pet deposit.

We are looking for someone to start around May 1st, possibly sooner.
