Hi,  

I'm looking for a clean and nice female roommate. A room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment will be available at the end of this month (May).  

This apartment is on SW Grove Street-one block from OSU Campus, and about 10 minutes walk from dixon.
The current rent is $695 per month including water and garbage fee ($347.5/month for each person).
Month-to-Month lease.
Simple furniture is all included.
