[2012]Female Roommate Needed

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a roommate to fill an empty room in a two bedroom
apartment (at the cross of 9th St. and Jefferson St.). It's walking
distance to campus, and only taking five minutes to walk to
the Library. Rent is $350/month(includes water/trash). Roommate would also
be asked to cover 1/2 of the electricity(about 35-40/person, in winter) and
wireless internet bills(25 or less for each person). The rest of the
apartment is well furnished, but you need have your own furniture for your
bedroom. The room is available now, and the lease will be end by September,
2012. If everything goes well, I would like to renew the lease. Plus, the
neighbors here are very friendly and polite. The Safeway shopping is nearby
and convenient. There is also bus station near the apartment, about three
minutes walking.
