Hi, all:

  现有两室一厅中的一室向外出租。房子是第二层，位于克村的 1230 NW KINGS，就是传说中的蓝房子，离学校步行20分钟，
离 5路车站3分钟。月租每人330刀（含水费）。一个房间即将在下学期空出，需要一位室友搬入。同住的室友人很好。有需要的同学请给我发信。

  One room of a two-bedroom apartment is available. The apartment is located
at 1230 NW KINGS, Corvallis, the "blue house" in the "legend". It is 20
minutes'
walk to OSU campus, and 3minutes to route 5 bus stop. Then
rent is $330 for each one, water included. One room will be available
in January and one male roommate is needed. You would have a very nice
roommate in the future. Please send mail to me if you have interest.
