Dear Chinese Association,
I am contacting you from the CCRH Internship Program in partnership
with Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services in Corvallis, OR to
disseminate information about our CCRH Internship Program to students
at Oregon State University. This is a pre-professional experience for
ethnically diverse undergraduate students interested in using
technical and qualitative skills to create social change through the
development of affordable housing for low-income and special
populations. Since you have direct contact with students we would
greatly appreciated if you could pass on this opportunity announcement
to them, especially those who you think would qualified and be
interested in this type of opportunity. We have been operating the
program in California for 15 years, 3 in Washington state and this
will be our first year in Oregon.
Please see message below. If you have any questions, please feel free
to contact me at the number below. I am open to conducting Webinars
or teleconference calls to inform students about this opportunity.
Thank you for your consideration.
The California Coalition for Rural Housing is proud to announce our
15th Annual Internship Program for Diversity in Rural Nonprofit
Housing and Community Development in California, Oregon and Washington

from low-income, rural and/or immigrant backgrounds; juniors going on
to their senior year; with a strong commitment to improve the quality
of life of low-income communities. This opportunity is open to all
majors. Priority Application submission date is April 13th, 2012.
We are currently recruiting from the following locations (students
must attend universities that are within driving distance to the

“CCRH provides an opportunity to develop personally and
professionally. I was fortunate enough to seize the opportunity and
work alongside passionate people doing amazing work. Now that the
program ended, I was offered a position within the field and have the
privilege to do my part in providing affordable housing.” --CCRH
