Cascade Pointe Apartment for rent this summer. My roommate is going  
back to China this summer, she wants to sublet her bedroom with all  
the furniture and a closet to a female student. The rent is $375 per  
month plus internet and electricity, total of $400. Parking is free on  
ground. Our apartment is about 12 minutes(5 minutes if you bike)  
walking distance to library and 5-10 minutes biking distance to  
Safeway and Rice & Spice.
