Hello,

May I know who are the Chinese Student and Scholars Association (CSSA)
President and Vice Present for the current academic year?  Sorry, I was
on leave from OSU in Hong Kong last year and lost contact with the
committee members. OSU's Music Department is bringing the Cantonese
Opera Troupe to Corvallis (they will perform at LaSells Stewart Center)
on February 10, in celebration of Chinese New Year!  Professor Marlon
Carlson, Department Chair of Music, would like to coordinate this event
with CSSA's New Year celebration.  I thought this would be a great idea
and provide a "golden" opportunity for the campus and Chinese community
to work together and really get a splash out of it.  I am also going to
contact Consul Yao at the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco and invite
their participation.  Would CSSA president and vice president contact me
immediately so that we could get the ball rolling?  Thank you for your
attention!
