Hi David:

This is an excellent idea. I would suggest CAOSU to
organize such activities. I think our community has
many wise people who can express the Tibetan status
very clearly. Myself is just a nerd and not good at
lecturing or debating, but I'd like to contribute some
idea on this whenever necessary.
