Dear all,

Beautiful summer is coming. It is time for activities like hiking, picking
up fruits, BBQ and so on. If you are interested for any reasons like going
out with your friends, meet new friends or just don' want to stay home, we
would like to prepare a series of outreaches for you. What you need is just
come and join us. Here is a tentative plan for the first one, BBQ.

Place:  family house community center (3405 NW Orchard Ave)
Start time: 10:00am on Saturday June 23.

Tentative schedule:
10:00am  - 12:00am: BBQ at family house (Suggested fund: $4 / each adult,
$2 / each child)
12:00am - 1:15am: watch gospel DVD.
1:15am - 1:45pm: fellowship.

We will prepare food and beverage for you. You are also welcome to bring
your own favorite to BBQ.
You could directly go to the family house. Or if you need a ride, you could
wait at the parking of First Baptist Church (125 Northwest 10th Street,
Corvallis - located at the cross of 9th Street and Monroe Ave). Or just
give us your home address and we will pick you up.

Please reply this email to me before Friday evening, with the number of
participants for you and your group, to help us prepare.
