Hi there,
There is one room in a two-bedroom apartment available around 15th of September. The apartment is located at 11th and Washington, very close to campus (5 minutes walk to the Valley Library). You need pay half of the rent, e.g. $225 (subject to rise if notified by manager), and half of the utilities (usually $40 in the summer and $80 in the winter).  Standard cable TV, garbage recycling fees and waters are included. One parking lot is assigned with several guest parking spots too.

Your responsibility is to keep the room and public place neat and clean. Rent is due 15th of each month.  Utilities is due around 20th . For other information, please reply to this email or contact 734-660-4977. Thank you!
