Hi everyone,
A scholarship program is released from chinese embassy. everyone interesting
in this could go *www.chineseconsulatesf.org*；www.sino-education.org ；
www.csc.edu.cn      to check the information. I can not forward the email to
china list due the large volume.
by the way this program is just for PhD students who have finished at least
1 year in their PhD program.
