Hi, girls. we just find a very neat house at the crossing of Kings and
Ground with two bedrooms, two living rooms, a garage and a nice yard. The
house has just been renovated, very close to the Fred Myer. About ten-minute
walk to the university. The house need to be lease for at least for 1 year.
The rental is $800 per month, unfurnished. Electricity, Internet is not
included. Now I have one roommate, and we need a girl to live with us (One
girl can live in the bigger living room). We can negotiate the rental.

We can move in on Sat.
