A studio near campus is for rent.
You have to take over my current lease until Sep12. After that, you could renew it if you want.
The studio is available around Jun 20 or a few days earlier.
The studio located in 330 NW 14th, at the corner of Harrison. Around 7mins walk to library and main campus. About 10mins walk to Fredmayer. Convienent for shopping and study.
Share bathroom with another roommate and share kitchen with other three people. A sink in the room and lock on every door. Onsite laundary and coverd parking spot for free.Rent 375 per month( including all utilities)(OBO)
