[2011]Apartment available in Jan 2012

Hi all,

I am moving in Dec 2011 and my apartment will need to be subleased. Its a
one bedroom one bathroom apartment with a big living room and a storage
cabin on 9th above Corvallis veterinary hospital (1543 NW 9th st.). I would
say this is a very nice apartment with plenty of space
and convenient transportation to campus (the bus stop is just across
street).

The lease is 510/mo with everything included except gas (which you
don't actually need because using electric heater is better, and the stove
is electric. I dont use gas at all) and internet (you can get new deal from
comcast when you move in). Great deal in winter (or shall I say, anytime,
since you can use as much electricity as you want). I would leave lots of
useful stuff for the sub-leaser since I am going to somewhere far away
(mattress, microwave, shelves, tables,...).
