Dear All:

I plan to sublease my apartment room located at 2101 NW Grant Ave (the La
Paloma) from early July 2012 to late February 2013.

1. This is a shared two-bedroom apartment, and my roommate is a very
approachable Chinese student at OSU.
2. The rent is $695 shared by two residents. Internet is $39.95/mo. and
utility is around $30 (summer) - $90 (winter)/mo.
3. All furniture included.
4. Plenty of free parking spaces (8 of them are with shelter).

If you are or you know someone who is interested in temporary renting a
room near school (don't have to be staying entirely from 2012/07 to
