Hello,

One bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment (521 NW 8 ST) is available from  
now to July 31, 2013. You can renew the lease with the landlord after  
that if you want stay longer. I'm looking for a female roommate to  
fill in this room. In the other room is a Chinese girl doing graduate  
study at OSU.

The detailed information about the house is as follows:

Location: 521 NW 8 ST (It has a safe and quiet neighborhood and it is  
about 15 minute walk to the Valley Library)
Monthly Rent of the bedroom: $450 (including electric and water) +  
$23.5 (for the internet)
Layout of the house: 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 living room + 1 kitchen.
Sorry, pets are not welcome in this house
